It's a Breeze for Hubspot

I was at Hubspot's 2024 Inbound annual conference and they unveiled a comprehensive suite of AI-powered tools and features called Breeze. This launch represents a big enhancement to HubSpot's platform, focusing on improving productivity, customer intelligence, and automation across marketing, sales, and service functions. Here's a breakdown of the capabilities announced:

Breeze Overview

Breeze is HubSpot's new AI engine designed to power the entire customer platform. It aims to simplify work processes, enhance productivity, and drive growth while being user-friendly.

Breeze Copilot

Breeze Copilot is an AI companion integrated throughout the HubSpot platform. Its key features include:

  • Contextual awareness: It can understand and summarize information from multiple open tabs or screens.
  • Personalized insights: Offers recommendations about leads, customers, and engagements.
  • Embedded functionality: Available as a chat interface and context menu across the platform.
  • Natural language interaction: Users can communicate with Copilot conversationally.

HubSpot introduced four specialized AI agents, currently in beta:

  • Creates brand-appropriate posts for various social networks.

  • Researches leads and prepares personalized outreach messages.
  • Assists in crafting effective engagement strategies.

4. Customer Agent

  • Handles customer-facing support based on enterprise business services.
  • Can be quickly trained using a company's knowledge base and content.
  • Capable of handing off complex queries to human agents with full context.

Breeze Intelligence

This is HubSpot's data enrichment and buyer intent solution, which includes:

  • Data enrichment from over 200 million buyer and company profiles.
  • Buyer intent identification to help find the best-fit prospects.
  • Form shortening to increase conversion rates by auto-filling known information.

Additional AI Features

  1. Content Remix for Video: Uses AI to transform a single video into a full campaign of clips, audio, and written content.
  2. Lead Scoring: Identifies high-engagement, high-fit prospects.
  3. Google Enhanced Conversions: Leverages first-party conversion data from HubSpot to improve campaign performance.
  4. Marketing Analytics Suite: Consolidates all marketing metrics and reporting in one place.
