Information we collect

You may provide your name, email address, company, inquiry message and other information when you use our contact form. We also record the website page associated with your inquiry.

When you schedule a conversation, we process the contact information you provide, your selected appointment time, scheduling preferences and related appointment details. When you use chat, we process your messages, conversation history and any contact or scheduling information you choose to share. Information you provide may be retained in our customer relationship management system.

Our website and service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and operate the website and its features. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring information, storage identifiers and privacy preferences.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, answer service questions, schedule and manage appointments, provide chat and human follow-up, and maintain contact and business-development records. We also use information to operate, secure and troubleshoot our services, meet applicable obligations and protect our rights and users.

We do not currently use Google Analytics to measure visits or interactions on this website. Contact-form answers, chat conversations and appointment details are handled by the service providers described below.

AI concierge and human assistance

Our AI concierge is provided through HighLevel and uses an OpenAI model. HighLevel and OpenAI process conversation content and relevant context to generate responses and support the concierge's functions. Digital One uses these services through HighLevel; this does not mean that you are communicating directly with a person or using a personal ChatGPT account.

The concierge can answer questions, assist with scheduling and flag a conversation for Kevin Burke. A person may review conversation history and take over a conversation. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or regulated information through chat unless Digital One has agreed to receive it through an appropriate channel.

Service providers and sharing

We use HighLevel for website services, contact forms, scheduling, chat, CRM and related communications. HighLevel uses service providers, including OpenAI for AI processing. We use Google services for embedded YouTube videos. Our website also requests the Roboto font from Google Fonts.

These providers receive information needed to operate their services. Their processing is subject to the terms and privacy practices applicable to those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests or to protect rights, security and safety.

Information may be processed in countries where Digital One or its providers operate. We do not promise that information remains in a particular country.

Analytics and privacy choices

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not loaded by this website. Accepting analytics in Privacy choices does not activate measurement while analytics is disabled.

You can use Privacy choices in the footer to review or change your stored analytics preference. The website stores your choice in your browser. Forms, scheduling, chat and other requested features have their own technical requests and storage. Rejecting analytics does not disable those features or embedded YouTube videos. Browser settings can also affect cookies and storage, although blocking them may affect functionality.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some Insights articles contain embedded YouTube players. These players load when the article loads, before you press Play, and independently of your website analytics choice. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube and related Google services. They can receive technical information, including your IP address, browser information and the page embedding the video, and may use cookies or other storage. Playing a video involves additional processing by YouTube.

The current players use standard YouTube embeds. They are not blocked by the website's analytics banner. YouTube's privacy information applies to its services.

Communications and your choices

When you schedule an appointment, you may receive the confirmations and reminders configured for that calendar. When you contact us or ask for human assistance, we may respond using the contact details you provide.

Use the unsubscribe instructions provided with an email or text message when available. On supported SMS channels, replying STOP requests messaging suppression, and replying START can restore permission through the messaging provider's supported process. Declining a phone number or a meeting is not treated as an opt-out request.

You can contact Digital One LLC using the details below or through the Contact page to ask about your personal information, request a correction or request deletion. We review requests in light of the information involved and applicable obligations, and may need to verify your identity.

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
